Learning Facilitator Development

Become a Learning Facilitator

Learning Facilitators (LF’s) play a key role in the new Coaching Pathway. They take on responsibility for training and developing coaches who are looking to enhance their own individual experience and qualifications through the formal training and certification programs.

The Manitoba Soccer Technical Department trains, qualifies and supports LF’s who understand and support Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) - the underpinning principles of player and coaching development in Canada.

To become a Learning Facilitator submit your completed application form to the Technical Department
