Introduction
The Manitoba Soccer Association in cooperation with the Canadian Soccer Association offer Referee Certification Programs for both Youth and Adults. Clinics are held each year before the outdoor season begins. Certification requires all aspiring referees to attend an Entry Level clinic which involves an in-depth study of the "FIFA Laws of the Game" combined with practical instruction.
