The Community Coach Certification Program is a National Program designed to train coaches from the grass roots to the national team level. Each level is utilized to make it easier for coaches to receive instruction for a specific age group. Coaches may attend a Child, Youth or Senior Course and must complete the required units to receive certification for that course. Coaches may enter the program through the Child, Youth or Senior categories if they wish to coach players within the respective category.
However, Coaches may gain the full Community Coach Certificate by attending all 50 units involved in the Children, Youth and Senior courses. Coaches wishing to take the Pre "B" and later the Provincial B License Course must have the full Community Coach Certificate.
The coaching clinics will run from November through to May and thereafter if sufficient numbers are available.
