Colquitlam Metro Ford Juventus (Boys)
Juventus has been developing as a team together for the past three years. Most of the team core came together at U13. Joe Scigliano took over the coaching role at U14. The team set a number of progressional goals, one being to compete for the U16 National title. Over the last three years the team has evolved into a very disciplined group adding a few key players to make the team that is ready to compete at Nationals.
Kamloops Blaze (Girls)
The Kamloops Blaze have been largely together for the past 5 years playing in the central BC city. The 2009 season saw the Blaze play 37 games putting up a record of 27 wins, 5 losses and 5 ties. The Blaze scored 83 goals this season while only allowing 24. They also had an impressive 21 shutouts.

To qualify for the National Championships the Blaze beat Kelowna United in a two game series 2-1 and 1-0 and in the BC Challenge Championship they beat UVI 1-0.
The Kamloops Blaze are very proud of their recond this season as they have sought out the toughest competition available at showcase events and against U.S.A. teams and Regional All-Stars.
Alberta
SWU Premiers 93 (Boys)
The SWU Premiers 93 had their origin as a U10 Division One team back in 2002, in fact 3 members of that original team are still currently playing with them. Since the first year that this team was formed they have accomplished the following; 10 first place finishes in league play, 3 Provincial Championships and a 3rd place finish at the Canadian National Club Championships.
Sherwood Park Phoenix F.C. (Girls) The Sherwood Park Phoenix was first formed in 2004. The girls play both indoor and outdoor together. This past season they finished with a record of 12 wins, 3 losses and 0 ties. They scored 61 goals while only allowing 14.
To qualify for the National Championships they beat the Edmonton SW Sting 3-0, Calgary SW United Juventus 1-0 and Edmonton Inter 1-0.
The Sherwood Park Phoenix F.C. has accumulated 7 Provincial Gold Medals with indoor and outdoor soccer.
Saskatchewan
Aurora Elite (Boys)
The Aurora Elite team was put together in the Fall of 2008 with Nationals as the goal, however the majority of players have played together since U12.
This past season the team record was 13 wins and 0 losses, scored 83 goals while conceding only 8 goals and the keeper earned 7 shut outs.
To qualify for the National Championships they played Regina REU in the final and won the game 2-1.
A few notable achievements for this team include beating the NWT Canada Games squad, playing and beating the University of Saskatchewan women's squad and winning the City and Provincial titles the past 3 seasons.
Hollandia Tigers (Girls)
The Hollandia Tigers team attended the 2007 and 2008 Club Nationals. In 2008 they finished as runner up.
This past season their record was 6 wins, 3 losses and 3 ties. They scored 21 goals for and had 13 scored against.

To qualify for the National Championships the Hollandia Tigers beat the Aurora Royals 2-1 in overtime.
Manitoba
Phoenix Premier (Boys)
The majority of the Phoenix boys have been playing together since they were 11 years old. Some played together before that at the club level.
To qualify for the National Championship the team beat Portage Trail 14-1, beat Bonivital 9-0, FCNW 4-0 and WSEU 1-0 in the final. Daniel Newman was the goal scorer in the final.

Portage Trail United (Girls)
This past season the Portage Trail United played 16 games and posted a record of 11 wins, 1 loss and 4 ties. The team had 42 goals for while only 24 against.
To qualify for the National Championship Portage Trail beat Phoenix 1-0 and beat Bonivital 4-0. Both of those games were in the preliminary round of the MSA cup. In the semi-final Portage Trail beat WSEU 5-1 and went on to play Phoenix in the final where they were victorious once again winning the game 2-1.
The Portage Trail United were the 2008 City Outdoor finalists and the 2009 City Indoor Champions.
Manitoba 2- Guest Team
Winnipeg South End United (Boys)
Winnipeg South End United was formed in 1986 and today is the biggest club in Winnipeg in terms of registered players. WSEU is the first club in Winnipeg to implement the CCUB model.

Phoenix SC (Girls)
This is a very close team who are all friends off of the pitch. The Phoenix girls have bene playing together for the past 3 years.
This past season the Phoenix girls played 15 games and put a record of 10 wins, 4 losses and 1 tie together.
A few notable achievements for this team include at age 14 they were the finalists in the USA Cup A Flight and at age 15 they won the USA Cup.
Ontario
Ajax Gunners (Boys)
This past season the Ajax Gunners played 25 games and posted a recored of 21 wins, 2 losses and 2 ties. They had 67 goals for and only have 17 goals against.
To qualify for the National Championship the Gunners beat the Wexford Heat in the final game 4-0.
The Ajax Gunners were the only Canadian U16 team to reach the semi finals at the 2009 Dalls Cup. They are the 2009 Umbro Showcase Champions and were the Edinburgh (Scotland) Cup Champions in 2007.
Ajax United Magic (Girls)
The Ajax United Magic was created as a U8 team in 2001.
During the Ontario Provincial Cup this team posted an impressive record of 6 wins, 0 losses and 0 ties along with 29 goals for and 1 against.

Thirteen of the players on the MPSA U16 team also played in the U14 Tide Cup in 2007 in St. John's, Newfoundland on the U14 Newfoundland girls team.
